Seeking Input from Parents/Players re Planning for 2009-2010 Season

We are preparing for next season and as part of that process, we are trying to identify our needs for next year - how many coaches we need, team sizes, and the like. It would be very helpful if we knew whether you/your respective players intend to return for the next season. If you have already responded to the email, thank you. If not, it would be very much appreciated if you could respond ASAP  indicating one of the following choices, along with the players’ names:

Yes, returning          No, not returning             Undecided
If you did not receive the email, please use the contact information below to get further information.

If you have questions or concerns dissuading you from coming back, I encourage you to get in touch with me. I know that in particular there have been questions about the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program and what impact it will have on how we play the game. Having obtained further information and clarity from Ringette Canada, I am confident that any concerns you may have can be resolved. I believe firmly that LTAD is an opportunity to make the player experience even more valuable. Having played the game both recreationally and competitively from the age of 9 and now having a niece in the Association, I am excited about the opportunities the LTAD framework will provide for our athletes. We are currently organizing an information session and will be in touch soon with a date. In addition, we look at each individual player on a case-by-case basis to determine what outcome best suits their objectives and needs.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
